And we’re off! For all the preparations (and little bit of drama mixed in), today seems like any other day. I’m just fitting in chemo amongst my other errands like it’s no big deal.

Chemo is just going to be part of my new normal. I’m not going to stress about it. Cancer, however, will never be part of my norm. Cancer is an enemy I’m working towards expelling.

By this time next year, I’m hoping angiosarcoma will be nothing but a part of my past, a line in my medical chart, something that just helped make me stronger despite its attempt to take me out.

So here’s to celebrating another beautiful day of being alive!
